NCC Cadets won 1st position at All India Thal Sanik Camp held at Delhi from 16 September to 26 September 2019
NCC cadets of Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala Under Officer Darshan Chalke and Corporal Lovepreet Singh represented Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and Chandigarh Directorate. They underwent a rigorous Training of Six Months for selection for this camp and U/O Darshan Chalke won Gold medal in Tug of War, Bronze Medal in Tent Pitching. Corporal Lovepreet represented In Best Cadet category. Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and Chandigarh Directorate team bagged overall 1st position. Out of three cadets representing Patiala Group team, two cadets were from Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala. Cadets were highly appreciated by DG NCC Lt/Gen Rajeev Chopra, AVSM.
